I love seeing full hollow customs, most high-end custom razors seem to be wedges or 3/4 hollow.

And this is definitely I've seen a modern bellied hollow.

Fantastic work!

The both look very nice. The bellied hollow ground looks similar to a frame back to me, or my cheap monitor just makes it look that way.
The scales look avian to me somehow, I hope that makes sense.

the scales are Ti and are anodized (will later offer different colors to match up with the spacer wood too)
the wood spacers are stabilized black palm and curly AU ironwood (same fam as koa )
the blades are 52100 steel that i HT in house and have cryo treatment in LN2

i have not yet tried a frameback stile grind but will see about it down the road these blades were ground using a 2 inch wheel for the full hollow. i use 3 different wheel sizes for my grinds be they wedge 1/4 hollow or full hollow

Beautiful work Butch! Design innovation. I keep an eye on Classic's site waiting for them to show up. Thanks for you work!

thanks guys i ll keep in mind that the full hollow and other thin style blades are harder to come by in a new custom razor

i ll try to make more full holllows (not singing blades tho)

Butch,

well i had to "fix" some thing i was not happy with (nothing major but i want to change a bit)

well i "fixed them up all right " i will be makig 2 new blades for the scales now

o well its only steel

That's beautiful work. The blades themselves look almost impossible to do. The scalloped top is very nice by the way.
