Let us know if things work out. I had a different problem with my 2000 once. It took several trips back and forth to Lamy USA, but they did eventually solve the issue, and they never gave me a hard time about it. I would say that if the problem persists, try sending it back again.

Unfortunately it didn't help. I had filled pen in black Lamy's ink and the leak appeared as before.
