Lady's first DE shaving experience.
So I had hoped that my first experience with my DE razor and the C.O. Bigelow weird, old-man smelling cream would be much more than it was.
Basically I just took a job that I could do from top to bottom and get a super close, squeaky (so close that when I rub my leg under water it squeaks hahaha) shave (shave everything) in 2-3 minutes to a job that takes 7-8 minutes.
I was scared of the razor at first because of hearing all of the "cut yourself" talk...but after the first swipe, I was swiping it over my legs like a pro. Did I get a close shave? Yes. Any closer than I got with the Schick Hydro? No.
And now I'm wondering why I couldn't just use my $1/can stuff that squirts right into your hand already lathered & foamy AND smells like Fresh Spring Rain or whatever. lol.
But hey...I'll keep doing it to save money. Blades certainly are cheaper.
At least my razor is like a pretty piece of jewelry.
