I've seen Lady Gillette Razors in Blue, Pink, and Yellow. Are there other colors? Is there any difference between them? Why do the pink ones fetch such a higher price on eBay?

There's 4 colors: Pink, Champagne/Gold/Yellow, lighter blue and darker Blue. Pink is the rarest of them, followed by the Champagne, darker Blue and then the lighter Blue being the most commonly found. At least that's what I've seen so far. I've got the Pink, Champagne and lighter Blue.. it's hard to find the darker Blue because of sellers less than steller photo lighting. I think the Champagne and darker Blue are about equal in terms of how often they show up.
Never knew that the pink is the rare one, i have a pink one, but wanted a blue one, though not any more
I've got a blue one in really good shape if anyone wants to make a trade for something.
I bought my wife the blue one months ago. Even though I payed for it, she gives me a dirty look if I say I'm going to use it.

I have the Champagne one which I also thought was the rare one. Awww now I feel less special

Well here's crossing my fingers hoping the one I snagged yesterday is the darker blue one. It sure looked like it in the photos. If it is, I'll have all four colors of the Lady and that collection will be complete! If it turns out to be lighting tricks and it's actually the lighter blue one, it'll be up for sale on the B/S/T thread! 
Let's keep this stuff in the BST folks, and not in the Forums or PM's.
Keeping things out in the open for all to see is what makes the BST work so well, and it avoids problems for everybody.
