I did a lot of ordering over the holidays. As I unpacked the boxes, I tried to remember what I had ordered. Upon review, I found that the WSS had shipped an aftershave instead of a soap I had ordered. I contacted them and within 24 hours, they emailed back and said they were shipping the soap out.
That's good customer service! BTW, the rest of the order was correct, so it was one accidental subsitution.
