Just wanted to praise the Tie Bar for their great customer service.
Back in May I made my first Tie Bar purchase, 4 ties. Up until last week I had only wore 3 of them. When I started to tie the 4th one for the first time last week, I noticed that the stitching on the back of the skinny end was torn or missed stitched, and the inside (canvas maybe) was coming through. Not something I would have noticed unless I was tying it or really got in there and checked the stitching.
When I got home from work that day I took some pictures and sent them in to the tie bar and explained my situation and gave them my order number and item number. I was half expecting them to tell me to take a hike, but they offered to replace it. And today the replacement arrived with fine stitching.
