Back in March 2021 I bought the OREN and the original Occam’s razor. I tried out the OREN and it was a nice razor but shaved similar to others in my den. I didn’t get around to trying the original Occam’s until two weeks ago. I couldn’t for the life of me get any blade to fit in it. Everything bowed if I could get it in the razor. I tried a Feather guarded, Kai ProTouch, Kai Pink and a Schlick Proline. I emailed Classic and they asked if I would mail it back so they could look it over. I did that and within a week of receiving the razor it was returned and now any of the fore mentioned blades fit perfectly. I’m not sure what was wrong, but Classic made a razor that was unusable to one that’s perfect. I can’t tell for sure, but I think I got a whole new razor. I just wanted to give a special thanks for superb customer service.
