Knot Removal - JB Weld :(

Nice job! I had used Devcon 5-minute epoxy on a TGN acrylic handle and Best Badger knot. The knot came out after about 7 months of almost daily use. That epoxy hadn't bonded well to the plastic. I re-glued the knot with DAP Household Adhesive Sealant which is a 100% silicone RTV for use in aquaria and it's still holding. It also has some "give" to it which epoxy has not.

Thanks! It was definitely fun. I think for my next knot-setting (whenever that is), I'm going to try that stuff. JB Weld is pretty solid, of course, but if you ever decide to remove the knot, I now know it can be a pain!
