Klar Kabinett a wonderful product

Hello Gentlemen,
After reading all the great reviews on klar Kabinett I decided to give it try. I placed my order with Rasage Classique on Monday and the soap arrived Wednesday.
Upon opening the package you are greeted with this excellent rose/floral scent not overpowering but present. You get a great deal 2 x 250 gram sticks. I paid 14 euros and 5.95 shipping for 500 grams of soap. That is a lot of soap for 20 euros.
I sliced up one of the bars and was able to fit in about 80% in an old MDC glass container. The stuff is very pliable but retains a rigid form. It appears to be well made. The rest I placed in a freezer bag in my cabinet.
The soap is a marvel to use. I have used it for the last three days and can say it is just super. It lathers easily producing very thick and slick lather. The scent is a rose/floral fragrance and not overpowering. I find it in the same league as MWF and MDC.
If you have not used it give it a try. You will find it to be a hidden gem at a great price.

i tried the klar kabinett tonight for the first time.
great thick lather.....mild rose scent which is not one of my favorite scents but it was fleeting and mild and i didnt mind
the scent. whipped up a nice lather and felt very thick and creamy. great soap to try out.

Have had an interesting experience this week. Caught a terrible cold; cannot smell at all. Have used Klar Kabinett all week. Because I have no smell, I have been more fixated on how my skin feels. And I think Klar Kabinett is just about the nicest feeling soap I have ever used! I am no longer interested in pursuing MdC past the sample I have.

Klar Kabinett is one of my favorites. First, its dirt cheap, given the amount you get. Second, its easy to lather, is slick and gives great cushion. Finally, the smell is nice and not overpowering. All in all, it creates a great shaving experience.

KK is by far one of the greatest values in the soap world. Where else could you find 500g of soap for that price.

Klar Kabinett is one of my favorite soaps (Cella and Razorock R-160 are the others). If you notice, the lather is so dense and slick there are few air bubble and appears to shine-quite pretty as far as lather go. But the performance is off the charts; it is an ingeniously formulated soap...at any price!!!

It is one of those soaps.... I picked it up again some 3 weeks ago and didn't use anything else but Klar over that time. I haven't been bored once; great lather easily made, a lovely scent and a great post-shave feel, what more do you want?

I just received my KK as it was a "self gift" for making the GRUC and so I bought it before the 2013 Sabbatical. I have a cold right now so I'm looking forward to using it for 1st shave in 2013.

What are some of the ideas folks have for breaking it up & storing it since it is a nice sized 500 G package with the two 250 G bars?
