Kikuichi straight razor

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, but I've been looking at getting my first straight razor for a while. I'm currently in Japan and I've stumbled across a cutlery shop called Kikuichi.

Apparently they're old sword makers dating back 750 years, for what that's worth, And now they do a lot of kitchen knives and scissors, but they had one straight razor, shown in attached picture. I don't really know anything about these yet but I was wondering if anyone knew the brand and thought it was a good deal for a first razor? It's ¥15000 so about $150 or a bit over £100.

Aside from that, anyone know a place to get a good deal on a razor in the Kansai or Kanto regions in Japan?

Having such a long history and reputation like having the Chrysanthemum flower and that being the symbol for the emperor in Japan. I'd say it would be worth it. I have no real knowledge about how good of a Kamisori they make, but it would be a nice conversation piece if none else.

Ganz gut stahl uber "Germany"
Very good steel from "Deutschland"

The blade was probably forged in Germany and only prepared in Japan.
