Woah. Tell me about this fathead bun?
Fathead dough is used to make buns, rolls, pizza crust, and (I am told) bagels. There are recipes online, but my wife makes it with almond flour and mozzarella cheese. She does most of the cooking, so I don't have a lot of details.

That's right. I used a keto fathead bagel recipe but just shaped it into a hamburger bun. Like you said, just shape into what you want.
By the way, I showed the meal to my wife. She was very impressed.
