What's new

Kent T4 Restore

Well this came today in the post, that I bought cheap but not knowing how bad it was. It looked grubby as hell as you can see.

So gave it a quick wash to clean it to work on,
but it had a nest hole from pressing to hard.

Now setting gets its first lathering tomoz to bloom the knot, and then good to go to lather up do first shave. Then leave it in the soap to defunk, it but I will take pictures once with a lather on it, and one with the knot bloomed to follow.

Sorry about the dust around the bottom ridge.

But here it is after its first lathering, but I must admit did use it while it had the Lather it was rude not to.

Great job!

Very nice. I'm surprised that the printing on the handle looks so good considering how abused the original knot was.

It looks even better fully bloomed! @bakerbarber made a good point, the lettering looks new even though the knot looked abused.

Yes that's the bit I cannot understand as I would have thought it would have worn away, as for the knot that would take a lot to get it to that stage.
