Kent shaving cream? Same as MWF?

So I got a sample of Kent shaving cream and i'm jaw-dropped. It's incredible. One of the biggest buy-overs for me on this product is the lather slickness and quality, and more importantly, the scent. Smells like davidoff coolwater in a cream. I LOVE it.

I understand that kent shaving soap is the same as MWF, no?

My issue is this:

I see two types of soaps from kent. The one with the red label and the one with the black. I understand the the red is the MWF type? Is the black a new type?

I also understand that I received the black cream, not the red one, but I could be wrong. I felt a menthol effect in the product and hoped that one or the other one have it, but realized they both had it, therefor making the narrowing much more difficult.

Thoughts?

The two Kent soaps linked are both MWF.

The two creams are the same (as each other), but in different packaging, as I understand it. It isn't made by MWF (who don't make a cream - as far as I'm aware).

Who makes Kent cream? Good question. The only other mentholy English cream is Ingrams, and its nothing like that. My guess is the Kent cream is a proprietry blend made for Kent by either Creightons or the the company that makes AoS/eShave. Can you check if the pot says where its made?

Unfortunately not. I only have the cream sample. Amazon info says England, if that means anything.
