Keeping blade in place and moving head?

Hey guys, Ive found on certain areas like my chin that ive I hold the blade at the right angle and slowly tilt my head up the blade cuts will cut my hair through the motion of my head - anyone else find the same thing?

Something similar. I can slide the skin up and down over my lower teeth and sometimes I find myself holding the razor steady and moving the skin. Same with the upper teeth.
