Kamisori for first straight razor

Hi gents,

I had the chance to get this razor .

I buy it for curiosity because I like the item but I never use a straight before, ok i use a straight one time but it was a bloody disaster ...
Can anyone here know what the kenjis engraved on it means ? any idea of how old this razor can have ?

Looks good for the price. I had one, I used it a few times, I did not like it (it did not like me either)

This is a guess made on just a bit of experience -- looking at the area where the blade meets the handle, there is very little curve (from the blade to the handle), so my guess is the edge has been worn down by many sharpenings- so my guess is it is an old one. On the other hand, the wrapping on the handle looks pretty new, so I may be wrong about the wear. The one I have does have a more distinct curve from the handle to the blade. I hope my description makes sense. If you want, I'll try to make a drawing.

this is not shaving kamisori, it is for cosmetic procedures such as shaving around eyebrows etc. Probably will work for shaving too
