Just Purchased QCS Vostok

Pretty excited! What should I expect? I don't have much experience with different kinds of soap but I do currently use and enjoy proraso green, I do enjoy a strong menthol kick. When I used to use foam I enjoyed the menthol in Gillette Foamy Menthol, especially on a cold winter day, yes..

You are in for an amazing treat! I'm a fan of menthol shave creams/soaps and it was suggested to try the coldest there is. I bought some and as soon as I could, I tried it out. It gives the coldest menthol lather you can buy, I am convinced. The feeling on your skin is other worldly, even if you already use a menthol shave soap. The lather is rich and creamy. It coats your face wonderfully, and gives a great cushion to your shave. It is also nicely slick with each pass. My Ever-Ready Streamline shaves with this are among the best I've ever had. Please report back when you try it. It's just the coldest menthol shave soap/cream I have ever found. Very aptly named.

I used the Vostok asb to finish off my shave today. I kissed my wife a few minutes after and she said her lips got tingly. Good stuff!

I'll keep you guys updated when it arrives! Also am I the only one here that loves using mentholated shaving products in the winter? Sounds like it would serve well in the hotter months, but I can't wait for that freezing cold air to hit my face after using this!!

I also love the menthol chill in the winter. For me anytime is a great time for a menthol rush!

I ordered a sample pack from qcs. Iced keylime, vostok, were among the ones I ordered. Im very excited to try them out. Its going to be glorious from what I read....

just finished shaving with it. used a EJ DE89 + Omega 10098 boar brush. loaded the brush up and face-lathered and WOW, this stuff has a phenomenal menthol kick to it. it smells exactly like peppermint candy, a very edible scent lol. the menthol suprised me, just by sniffing the soap i didnt think it would be that cooling but boy was I wrong, lol. I think ive found my holy grail for menthol soap, i reccomend this to anyone whos a menthol junkie like myself.
