Just purchased on ebay, "English U4 Ball End"looks cool; what is it?

If anyone can check this out and identify what I just bought, I'd appreciate it much
I like the handle, and it looks pretty clean, and I couldn't help myself for the $$.

That is a Gillette 3 piece Tech razor. Many enjoy a shave using the Tech and a very sharp blade like a Feather.

It's a late model Tech with an aluminum handle from the 4th quarter of 1974. They are very mild Techs but I've never really liked how light the handle makes them. For that notched guard ends base plate design I prefer the brass ball end handle.
