Sometimes I wish my facial hair grew much quicker than it does.

I find myself thinking this more and more with all the new products I keep acquiring. Proraso is a great product!

I always try to avoid shaving if I know a new product or razor is coming that day!!!!

I wasn't very impressed with Proraso when I tried it. Red anyway. I have blue waiting to be used for the first time yet.

It sucks even more for me as I only shave once every 3-4 days. I could shave more often, but I feel I look better with stubble, therefore, I keep it around until it gets too much. Then whack it down and start over.

You could always shave at night, after any deliveries have had a chance to arrive.

I can understand your desire to get right into your new gear, but why rush into it? I think the risk of irritation and razor burn, etc., is not worth that desire to "use" the new arrivals. Better to just admire whats new, and realize that in just a few short hours it'll be time to shave again, and to use that new stuff. Of course please bear in mind that this is just IMHO. Enjoy the new gear whenever you do use it.
