Hello friends

A beautiful day today. It made me want to smell roses… I took the tub of Mike's Rose, Patchouli & Cedarwood and combined it with the rose scents of Penhaligon's Hammam Bouquet. How wonderful!

As usual on Saturdays, I used Green Cult 2.0 with plate IV and today I repeated Wizamet (2). With Omega Jade and Thayers it was a perfect combination.

Frank was with me on Deep In A Dream.

Rating: 9,5

I hope your weekend is good. In my neck of the woods it is HOT-mid 90s F.
I am using my Sharona, Balogna, Krona again today. The shave was delightful and I especially enjoy the 830 brush.

Back at it, in still. After a shower prep I go an easy 9.7 (an hour ago I was going to say 9.8) out of 10 shave. 296 and counting on my blade.

Busy day as my 8 year old has his first sleepover tonight - a right of passage for his age. I noticed some of the other parents looking quite concerned as they dropped off their kids but I don't have any of that with Jay. He's an amazing boy and always finds a way to leave a lasting impression of kindness and joy.

Anyway, today was the Tech/NEW Hybrid.

Back home, shave 295 on my Feather blade. I had enough time to get a 9.6 shave.
We had a great time in Ashland, I think The Twelfth Night as adapted by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival director and cast is one of the most entertaining plays I have seen there. Ashland is one of my favorite towns, your father (@FoolishMortal) was very fortunate to have spent some time there.

Just a fantastic shave with the Fine as always. Nice well hydrated slick lather left no cuts or weepers and a BBS finish. Lovely scent to boot as travelled down for the Epsom Derby day.
