Jovan Grass Oil

During the late 1970's Jovan marketed an aftershave named Grass Oil. It has been discontinued for years. If anyone remembers this product, do you know of a similar fragrance?

New to me, but over at http://www.basenotes.net/threads/208077-Jovan-Grass-Oil I saw this. Maybe worth a try?

l'Artisan Foud'Absinthe has been reminding me of something from my childhood since I got a sample: It's been reminding me of Jovan Grass Oil. I don't have them side by side for comparison but it certainly evokes memories of JGO.

Yes, I do remember this! My older brother had a bottle. I think he bought it because of the "grass" in the title, what with his penchant for smoking.....well, you get the idea.

Funny you mention this. It was my deal in the mid to late 70's.
I was heartbroken when they phased it out and hoarded my last bottle for many years.
But I recently ordered some Clubman Special Reserve and it is very, very similar to my nose.
Very pleasantly surprised.
