japanese western on ebay?

this "japanese western" got bid up a bit, the mark looks like double arrow from china, although those are usually stamped "china" from what i can tell.

there is not much chatter about these razors compared to the gold dollars, anybody have any experience with them?

Maybe this is the start of a new trend. Need to sell it, just mention it came from Japan and possibly made during the Edo era and say it MAY have been forged by skilled japanese blacksmiths. Watch you bids jumps!

IIRC vintage double arrows are considered good razors.
I have one of those (in my restoration box), they are made as well as any other quality razor and nothing like the crappy execution that the gold dollar is. I do not believe they were made in China either, or at least they are not stamped as such.
