Well at least it was not written by Dr. Luke, Max Martin, or that other Guy. I don't know that for certain though.
Interestingly Mark Mothersbaugh from the band is one of the most successful music composers for film. Crazy what he has scored. Pretty amazing actually. His first composing gig was for the Rugrats TV cartoon IIRC.

Every once in a while I just have to bust out "Q: Are We Not Men? A: We are DEVO!". It is every bit as quirky, annoying and cool as hell as it was when it was released in 1978. Damn! 42 years ago. I'm getting old.
Great album. My 15yr old daughter has listened to it with me and "I just don't get it?" Came out of her mouth. I chastised her and sent her straight to he room.
