Is this one a W&B?

I recently restored a masonic-themed razor. I cannot recognize the stamp, but to my eye, and also according to some other wet shavers, much more knowledgeable than me, it could be a Wade & Butcher.

Here's a pic:

However, I haven't managed so far to find a razor with such stamp mark on the tang. I wonder if anybody here could give me a hand and help me ID this one.

Absolutely, got my macro lens on:

Well, I am not so sure, the problem is that letter "C" that is very easily distinguishable above the snake, in between the letters "N" and "G". Also, I own two Thomas Tuners and none of them bear this logo.

I think I can see remnants of at least 3 characters preceding the 'C'.
