Is This A Knockout Tech?

This DE arrived this morning.
It's only markings are "Made In England" and "10" (or maybe "ID" or "IQ" ) on the base plate and it weighs 28g (same as a no.25 bakelite Tech).
The handle is identical in shape and colour to the 1945 Sheffield Knockout razors that I've seen several threads about, but the head is very different.
Could this be a later Knockout model?

Think it's a Souplex Minor.
Anybody got any info on these?
It's got a big ol' blade gap.
Will see how it shaves tomorrow morning...
