I'd have said yes, but I guess greekguy knows more about W&B than I do - never had one myself!
Around about 1895, manufacturers were required to put the country of origin on the razor.That's exactly like mine! Horn shell and it only says "Sheffield" and not "Sheffield England" like my other two yellow celluloid W&B's have. Any idea as to the age when they don't say "England"?
It is a bit of a judgement call whether a faux frame back is indeed a frame back. I think of it as a different "style" but they shave similarly. I'm by no means the end all on this so if others disagree by all means feel free to give your vote
