Those vertical decorations on the handle suggest that it is a contract Tech, probably no date code but probably 1940s. Achim dated this one to 1946, using the original blade: http://www.mr-razor.com/Rasierer/Tech/1946 (R1 on blade) Contract Tech.JPG
