Is there a shortage of Lavender? Cannot find Barrister & Mann aftershave

I am running out of my L'Occitane, which the wife loves, and want to try Barrister & Mann Reserve Lavender. B&M does not have it, Amazon does not have it, Italian Barber does not have it, West Coast Shaving does not have it.

It's unobtanium. What's up with that? And if you spot some, would you point me to it? Thanks.
