Kiss My Face is a good option. I bought some for my wife. It disappeared for a while, but seems to be making a comeback: Kiss My Face......It Might Be Back!.

Is there a shaving soap/cream for female DE-shavers?

My wife just added Stirling Coconut Lime and Teatree to the cart, for her next shave soaps.

My wife has been loving PdP cream and AOS Lavender soap (found fairly cheap at Marshalls). She wasn't fond of the brush and applies it directly to her legs by hand.

Thank you all for your contributions! I ended up going with Wickham 1912 English Rose and Stirling Witchy Woman. My significant other loves them, and I enjoy the scents too. Both produce a wonderful lather!

My wife has CC 45th Parallel, Maca Root and Sterling. Her favorite is Stirling.
