Is the reformulated Proraso White more cooling? I think so.

Just got my Proraso White Tub (reformulated) and shaved with it for the first time. I don't remember the original White Tub being nearly as cooling on the face. I used to use the old stuff all the time (even used nothing but the Proraso White tub for a year straight). I don't have any of the original to do side by side. Has anyone else tried both? Am I crazy, or is the new stuff more cooling?

I notice the cooling more with the reformulated as well. Menthol moved up to 9th from 11th on the ingredient list, although that doesn't necessarily imply a greater amount of menthol.
