Is the 15 & 33c Merkur Handle the same ?

hi i recently had purchased a 1920s Gillette open comb thin cap with a wade and butcher handle i was wondering if the 15c handle and 33c handle was the same or very similar? or the same to a single ring was thinking adding that to my 33c handle to mimic a single ring in a 3 piece way ive always kind of wanted do have a 1904 merkur head wanted something more aggressive tho do have a weber bull dog handle i could use

The two Merkur handles are the same handle (15c/33c). The 15C is sold with an open comb head, the 33c with a scalloped safety bar.

Regarding everything else, I don't know and think you should reformat and rephrase perhaps.
