Is Jas e-Tea still open?

I placed an order with Jas e-Tea on August 29th, but as of today, Sept 6th, I have not received a shipping notification.
I sent an email inquiry, about my order status, on Sept 5th but, no reply.

I know that covid has slowed everything down... hope they're OK.

I am surprised to see the website is still up....I hope that is good news from Steve. There was a thread last year and it seemed the shop was closed due to poor health:

When I check for new items on their website it still lists teas from 2017, so I think the website is just on autopilot.

I hope Steve is OK but, it looks like I'll have to put in a claim with my credit card company.
