Is "IT" Coming? Or is New Penhaglion's Like the Other Failed One?

An old thread caught my eye, then a BST where someone wanted a bunch of coin for a used puck, so now me curiousity has the best of me .. does anyone know when the "new" soap is coming? A related noted, is there a source for small scent samples?

The refill puck of EF shows " in stock" at the Penhaligon's UK website now.
I assume it is the new formulation since it has been out of stock for so long.

The bowl is still out of stock.
