Some say that it's poor form to quote your own posts from a separate thread, rather than simply restating your main points. I don't think it's crazy at all.

It has happened to me to quote my own posts when I needed to add information connected to that post, or when I later updated it. As my friend Adam @KeenDogg declares above, why not?
