Iron Man II

I might be the only one to disagree with you but I liked it. It was worth it just to see Scarlett

Saw it in Manila with the wife.
Mildly entertaining explosions and harrowing narrow miss recipe.
The first one was better, and that ain't sayin' much.
That seems to be the case in most movies where you find the Villain more interesting than the Hero.
And yes, Mickey Rourke did a fine job and I was rooting for him.

didn't see it, but my son gave me a full report, when it hits the video store, i will watch it...

he thought it was pretty good amongst the rest of the Marvel movies....and he loves the Stan Lee cameos....

I have enough soaps.....

It's a great movie. Does what it is meant to do, no more, no less.

While it might not have the requisite amount of white guilt or other cliches to win over the critics, comic book fans should enjoy it.

I took my boys to it. It was my sons birthday. I enjoyed the movie, thought it was actually better than #1. Maybe in part I enjoyed the fact that my boys were enjoying it, and that good experience coloured my view.

I really liked the movie as well. My only gripe was the cut out the shot from the preview that showed Pepper kissing the helmet and tossing out of the plane instead they just had Tony make a running leaping :001_huh:

Stan Lee cameo'd as Larry King. I liked the movie, although I would have liked consistency in the Rhodie character. Oh well, Terrence Howard got greedy I suppose...

Oh, and I have soap as well, so I'm good to go!

So far this year has been a flop for me and movies and I really don't like to go to theaters because there is always some jerk in there that won't shut up. But my wife likes going to the movies and she asked me if I wanted to go see Ironman 2 and for the sake of going with her I went......plus, come on. It's Scarlett.lol Anyway I was pleasantly surprised with the film. But I never read comic books so i really didn't know what i was looking at as far as the story of Ironman.

Never saw it nor am I interested in it. I'm just not into comic book movies.
