I think it has more to do with Customs than the local post office. My local post office is very efficient, but I still no sight of mine. I didn't order a tamper either.
I retract my previous statement. I won't be home for a few more hours, but I got word that mine was delivered.

Man, it doesn't help that this shipment doesn't show up anywhere in the "My USPS" app. 
Nothing waiting for me when I got home again today. 
Mine came usps. Customs and the handoff from Royal Mail to US can vary delivery times. Hirsute try tracking through UK though it will probably only tell you it was mailed.

No tracking no. Was provided for me. Mine just arrived two days ago in Maine.
