Ink Review: Diamine Eau De Nil

I have poor lighting to take this shot

the comment about set time ill explain

the ink writes out very wet, its shiny. But within a second you can watch it fade to colour, its not really dry as you can see it takes just a bit over 30 seconds for that, but it has lost its shine. The reason i mention it is while an ink stay wet with the shine for me, the longer it is so the more feathering on cheaper paper, or the more will bleed through, or transfer to paper above it. Once it has gone to what i mention as set, even if wet doesnt usually do this for me, as long as i dont rub anything on top of it directly everything is alright, even if i lay a page on top of it

The Picture is showing more blue, then the grayish blue that it is, once i have the sun up tomorrow Ill update the pic to a more natural light

till then this is probably more accurate

Nice review, James. This ink has been on my radar for a while now. I'm sure I'll end up with a bottle one day.
