Won this, along with a tiny Myatt ladies razor, on UK Ebay for US $9.35. The only info I could find on "Piccolo" is that it's a German made razor, made by 1 of these 2:

Apparently Merkur recently made a plastic travel razor called "Piccolo" that used Atra type cartridges. source
Anyway, I thought it was an interesting and neat looking travel razor for the collection. If you know anything about this razor, please do share. Is it in the Waits book?
