Info on this razor?

Hi guys, I’m new to the forum.
I’ve got a razor that reads “Crown Imperial Special Hollow Ground” Made in Germany.

I’ve looked online and found some bits and pieces for this razor but wondering if anyone knew any history of it at all.

I have a feeling it was made by ERN. A sideline to the crown and sword. A lot of German makers would do the same razor with different stamping for different markets.
Some heavy pitting there...

Well maybe as a learning razor I think I might, as far as I know, removing the heavy pitting will remove the etching on it, kind of devaluing it but if its worthless to begin with then maybe just do it. I really cant find anything online telling me about it.
