Gents,
Picked up this set from a flea market from a guy who has owned it for 30+ years. It is a Gold NEW (Made in Canada) in a brown bakelite case. I can't find any evidence of this set on Mr-Razor but I don't have reason to believe it would be mismatched as it seems the NEW was the first razor to come in a bakelite case.
The closest I can find are the following 2 sets, but where these say "Made in England" on the case, mine is blank.
