I'm drinking a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA right now. I'm guessing a pour of Balvenie Doublewood or Black Maple Hills after dinner once the kids are in bed. In between...left overs!
Had a craving so I packed up the family and headed south to Tommy DiNic's in the Reading Terminal Market in Philly. Had roast pork hoggie with sharp provolone, broccoli rabe, and extra jus with a Yuengling in the beer garden.
It was so good I had to get one with brisket, provolone, broccoli rabe, and gravey for the ride back to Brooklyn!
