I am working on an almost finshed bottle of Macallan 12 that I had forgotten about and am on the hunt for a new one after this. Any suggestions?

Little Creatures is a great drop Rob. Goes down nice in the Australian summer. Have you tried their Rogers beer?

Lunch was homemade pizza, deep fried calzone, and zeppole with powdered sugar.

Guess I'm looking at a light dinner. :tongue_sm

Just finished a Diplomaticos #4 and a cup of hot chocolateb while walking around our property. The Diplomaticos is dead on with the Monte #4. A great cigar!

Old Rip Van Winkle 107 bourbon tonight; this is a new pour for me and I like it quite a bit. Great caramel/vanilla on the finish and the high proof gives it good bones.

Pairing it with my first Tat Black tubo from the box I got in today. :thumbup1:

Started the evening off with some Willet Bourbon.

Finished it off with some Maker's.

Picked up a bottle of Bulleit Bourbon and have been experimenting with Whiskey Sours. There is a bar here that makes the tastiest Bulleit Sour and I'm on a mission to recreate it. Tonight was the first step in the experiment. Quite tasty.

Bulleit is very sweet. I think it would be a great choice for cocktails.

Scotch eggs!

(The reason they call cigarettes "coffin nails" is because they couldn't think of a coffin part that resembled a scotch egg. But that would have been their first choice.)
