On 8th August, I ordered what I was led to believe was a 150ml bottle of Old Spice Musk by Shulton in good faith. Although more than I usually pay for Rubicon Old Spice from trusted suppliers, at the time I believed that 13,26 including free shipping from India to Spain was a fair price for what looked like a better product in the listing.
Yesterday the postman delivered an atomizer bottle of Old Spice Musk by Rubicon.
I don't mind the Rubicon Old Spice, I had ordered the 150ml Shulton Old Spice to replace the 100ml bottle of Rubicon Old Spice that was nearly empty, but I hate atomizer bottles, and because I was expecting a better product, I felt as though I'd been ripped off.
I sent a message to kramaah-online explaining the situation, they replied within a couple of hours and insulted my intelligence that the names Old Spice and Shulton were owned by Proctor & Gamble and their products are manufactured in India by Rubicon, and included links (that don't work) to Old Spice and Proctor & Gamble.
They said that if I had been sent the wrong item, I had to upload photos so that they could send a replacement or refund my money.
I get the impression that they just inserted my name at the top of a draft because this is a regular problem.
I uploaded photos as re-iterated that their listing is very misleading because they imply that they are selling a better product to the other eBay sellers, stated the glaring fact that the photo on their listing is totally different to what they sent me, and just for good measure I said that I think that their eBay listing is fraudulent.
Today I got a full refund on PayPal, curiously the exchange rate was calculated as 14,05 so I've got a free bottle of Old Spice Musk, and, at least on paper, I made a small profit.
Whether I leave negative, neutral or positive feedback depends on if they even bother to reply to my message.
Whatever happens - I'll definitely block kramaah-online and when my Old Spice bottles are nearly empty - I'll order replacements from a more reliable supplier
Meanwhile, this is the eBay listing

Here's what was sent to me instead of what I ordered - a different animal entirely
I'm not saying don't buy from http://www.ebay.es/usr/kramaah-online?_trksid=p2060353.m2748.l2754
I just wouldn't recommend that particular seller to my worst enemy !!
Has anybody else had a bad experience buying Old Spice from eBay sellers in India to add to the Hall Of Shame?
