I have a right to bear arms, and you have a right to free speech, which means you are free to ask me why I need to carry.

As long as we both still have those rights, everyone is a winner.

Because I've been shot before (it sucks) and I enjoy the luxury of having the ability to defend myself, my home and those around me if need be.

you guys are lucky to even still have the right/privilege to own a gun(granted its my own fault i lost that right)but with all these idiots making the news shooting innocents at malls,markets etc.personally i would want a fair chance at defending myself should i get caught in a situation like that cant win a gun fight carrying a knife only
