That said, being a Nancy Boy Nanny is a big encouragement to keep posting to get myself to the next level. For me, anything would be better than being a Nancy Boy.........

You think that's bad...try being "Bigelow Boy" (508 posts) or Barbicide Barbarian (before that...I think with ~450 posts) .

It changes with the # of posts or something. I know there's a Wiki or some info on the breakdown somewhere (can't seem to locate it right now)...but even that is at the discretion of the moderators
