I had a full beard for 2+ years, then trimmed back to the goat for another 9 or so months. I haven't seen my chin in quite a long time...
You've done well. As you know, I can't hold a facial hair style for more than a few months as SWMBO starts making "observations" a few weeks in.

My wife complained the entire time.

Sorry to hear the goat is gone. Sounds like it's time to grow it back or start a new facial hair style.
It's been over 20 years since I've seen my chin or upper lip. I trimmed a couple inches off the sides of my beard and cleaned up the stragglers off the bottom. Still hangs about 4 inches off the chin closer to 6 if it didn't curl, and I almost felt naked for the first few days after the trim.

After I retired I didn't shave for a month. The wife complained the entire time. I went back to just keeping the mustache.
The video of the Japanese train is insane - I love the pushers. Their mild compared to these people though.
