Identifying/age

Got this straight today, and wondered if anyone could help me with some information about it.
I tried to do a search for Hamburg Ring here, but it appeared to me that several makers have used that name.
I also wondered the aprox age of it.

I have an almost identical one except black scales. not sure on the age...
