It´s a Aristocrat No66. The razors with Brit.Pat.694 093 are made since 1955.

It's a #66 I think. I would also think it's mid fifties + because of the II marking which folks have identified as relating to the aggressiveness of the razor - II is medium I think? - which Gillette in England started to do around the time they marketed a blue tip - marked I - and a red tip - marked III.
My 1957 Aristocrat de Luxe - a gold #66 - is similarly marked and it came with the original blade pack so I was able to date it from the blades.

Very Nice! It could also be called a #22. The only difference between the #66 and #22 was the case.

I think your case for that #66 is a mismatch. the #66 has a green interior instead of blue and has greenish outside of the case.
You´re right, the #66 comes most in the greenish case. But he comes in the black case too. What I know is, that the black case was used for the gold #16, the #22 and the #66
