Iced Coffee

I'm not much of a iced coffee fan. I'm a bit obsessive about my coffee in general. Usually french press and I grind my beans and weigh the beans and water for proper ratios. But for some reason my palette keeps telling me coffee should be hot. That said, I love Affogato. Espresso (I use french press or moka pot) over vanilla ice cream. Delicious.
