What's new

I sold a brush now regret trying to duplicate

It was a Golden NIB 28F2 SET pretty low I never got a measurement. it had great backbone butter soft delivered warm lather my complaint it wouldn't release lather very well. I have since learned that with time they relax and open up. should I try to get another made and at what loft I have no idea what oft it was at. Suggestions welcome.

I'm going to unload my Berkeley,Duke2, And Plisson to fund the purchase so I want to get as close as possible.

Just checked mine, I have a TGN fan set to a loft of 1.75" (45mm) in an Ever-Ready.

It is stiff with lots of backbone.

i do find the TGN to be a bit of a lather-hog. Have to squeeze out the lather into the scuttle.

was hoping i hadn't given mine enough time to open up they were such luxurious brushes but they really swallowed up the lather.
