Last night I received the Mod Cabin Glacial AS Balm PIF from dangerousdon and I used it this morning.
I like it. It's got that clean minty scent as described, which I think would pair nicely with Proraso. It did feel kind of waxy when applied - no big deal. It's not going to replace Krampert's Frostbite as my summer AS but it will definitely see some use. Thanks again, dangerousdon!
